Minor release including

Fluent interface to specify assemblies that should be included when searching for maps or registration.
All extensions updated to reference Bootstrapper 2.0.1.0

This is to address a case when the assembly containing the maps or registrations is not loaded at runtime causing bootstrapper to ignore any classes declared there.
To use it just specify the assembly like this:

Bootstrapper.Including.Assembly(Assembly.GetAssembly(typeof(MyMaps)).AndAssembly(Assembly.GetAssembly(typeof(MyRegistration)). etc.
